Note on Outdated or Discontinued Software:

If a plugin lacks a patch, is removed from the WordPress repository, or creates an unresolvable conflict, we will recommend a suitable alternative. If developer labor is required to replace or rework a custom feature, we will provide a quote prior to starting work.

Initial Site Audit & Onboarding:

Before onboarding a website to the care plan, I will perform an initial backup followed by a health and security check. If a site hasn’t been maintained for some time and has existing malware, broken features, or severe update backlogs, I will provide a separate quote to repair and clean the site before routine maintenance begins.
